Yash has more than a decade of experience. He has worked in reputed companies like Reliance Industries Limited and top law firm of India namely Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas. During his law firm stint he was also dedicatedly advising a heavy machinery manufacturing British MNC on setting up its plant in India and on several day to day legal issues.
With significant experience in Indian corporate and commercial laws, Yash has advised on joint ventures, private equity investments, banking and finance, mergers & acquisitions, infrastructure, due diligence, project finance and real estate transactions.
He has advised Indian and foreign entities, government undertakings, banks and financial institutions.
